  2. Book a tour

    Pick a time on the apartment's tour calendar, or send the leasing office a message.

  3. Apply online

    Every adult 18 or older applies, at $40 each. Upload your ID, proof of income and SSN or ITIN from your phone. Applications are reviewed within 3–5 business days of receiving all your documents.

  4. Sign and move in

    Once you're approved, sign your lease online. You have 7 days after approval to pay your move-in funds, and 30 days to move in.
